These terms set out the basis on which Infinity Draughting & Associates provides architectural, BIM and documentation services, including scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities.
Client briefings, design direction and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Any change in scope, timeline or deliverables may require a revised fee or schedule.
Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed arrangement. Delays in information or approvals from the client may affect project timing. Infinity will use reasonable care in preparing work products, but final compliance, approvals and construction execution remain the responsibility of the appointing party and relevant professionals.
